ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Based inside Oil Palm Estate, Miri)

Job Description

  • Prepares and processes required paperwork for various department's activity
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Assist in creating and distributing summary report for the monthly manager meeting and other executive meetings
  • Work with executive administration team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for meeting and analysis
  • Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records
  • Other assigned related duties

Requirements

  • Possess STPM or Diploma in any related or equivalent with minimum of 1 years of working experience in related field
  • Fresh school-leavers are encourage to apply as on-ground training will be provided for first six month
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Possess above average interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with all co-workers
  • Maintain complete confidentiality, possess a professional demeanor and exercise discretion at all the times
  • Have responsibility, hardworking and able to work independently under minimum supervision
